Tzipora Weber
Program Coordinator
Hi! My name is Tzipora, but you can call me Tzip. I have been coming to Beaver Lake my entire life, and it is undoubtedly my most favorite place on earth, aside from Miami and Israel. Currently, I am studying Marketing and Management in college, and I hold the position of assistant youth director at my Shul. An interesting fact about me is that I am the unofficial mayor of Beaver Lake. I have a passion for cooking, baking, and hosting, so don't hesitate to reach out if you're feeling hungry. Animals are also a huge love of mine, and I have even fed a lion, played with jaguar cubs, and held monkeys. If you happen to spot me cruising around in my large red golf cart named Kevin the Ferrari, please don't hesitate to say hello. I would be more than happy to give you a ride. I am excited to see everyone at Beaver Lake soon!

Aviva Baumser
Girls Division Head
Hello Beaver Lakers! My name is Aviva Baumser, and I am thrilled to be returning to Beaver Lake this summer. Here's a little bit about me: I have worked in the Early Childhood/Special Education field for the past 15 years. For the last 12 years, I was a teacher for 3K-UPK at a local preschool, and just recently, I became the Educational Director of a new 2s-3s preschool in Queens. Additionally, I serve as the Youth Director at my Shul. I currently reside in Queens with my husband, Shmuel, and our two children: Tamar (10) and Yitzi (6.5). After spending last summer at Beaver Lake, my kids have declared it the "best summer place on earth." Needless to say, we are eagerly counting down the days until summer arrives!
