Please note:

Mandatory staff meal fee per family: Full season - $375, Half season - $190, Weekly - $50 and Daily - $10. 

​

A 25% discount on the weekly rate will apply to campers adding to a half summer in a contiguous manner.

ALL invoices MUST be paid in FULL by May 1st, 2024 or your child may not be admitted to camp and have a $100 Late Fee. 

Late Fee - $100 for all registrations after May 1, 2024.

Refund requests must be made in writing to office@beaverlakeny.com no later than May 1, 2024.

​

Refunds are subject to a $100 per child processing fee. 100% refund before May 1, 2024, 75% refund before June 1, 2024 and 50% before June 15, 2024.

$100 per camper fee will be applied if reducing number of sessions (reducing from Full summer to Half, or the like). 

***Regular daily fees are discounted for registered campers returning from Sleepaway and starting camp before 2nd half begins.
